SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long do I have to wait for my order?
 

If you are based in the UK and you choose you standard should receive your order within 7-14 days, if you have chosen express shipping (only available for certain items) you should receive your with 5 working days. We use a small and local printers to fulfil orders so we do not offer next day delivery. 
 

If you have ordered from outside of the UK, your order will take longer, between 10 - 21 days. If your order hasn't moved after a couple of days and you are concerned it's most likely moving through the airport sorting system and tracking will resume when it is out the other end.

Please note, the further away you live the longer your order will take to get to you. For example Australian, Canadian and American orders will take at least two weeks to arrive but my European orders will take more like 7-10 days. 

 

What's your return policy?
 

You can return or exchange any print order if it arrived damaged or if you have changed your mind. Sadly we cannot except returns for orders of original artwork or if the product has been stained nor damaged. Please email us at kentartcollective@gmail.com to arrange a return or to discuss. After which we will provide our return address and the next steps.

Please always remember to put a note inside of your parcel with your order number, name and what you'd like, return/exchange. 

 

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
 

If you are based in the UK and you haven't had any updates or deliveries within 14 days, send us an email at kentartcollective@gmail.com. We can track your parcel and let you know where it is. Any item lost in shipping will be entitled to a replacement or refund. 
 

If you are based overseas and haven't received your order and it's been over 30 days, please don't hesitate to contact us. Sometimes if you aren't in when they try and deliver your parcel they might hold it at a post office to be collected. 

 

I've received the wrong thing, what should I do?
 

We are yet have a report of us sending a mistaken item but we are a very small team (mostly just me with help from our artists!). If you have received the wrong item please contact us straight away at kentartcollective@gmail.com. We will send out the correct item for you and organise a shipping label for the wrong item to be returned. 

 

My item has been damaged in transit, what should I do?
 

In the case that your item has been damaged in transit, sadly it is out of our control but we will do everything we can to fix it. Please provide us with evidence in an email and we can arrange the best next steps.
